Cancellation Policy

For the purpose of this Cancellation Policy, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” shall mean Noble Learners, whose registered/operational office is located at:
Flat No. 304, Block 13, Sector-1, National Games Housing Complex, Khelgaon, Ranchi, Jharkhand 835217.

The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, and “student” shall refer to any natural or legal person who engages with our website or purchases services from us.

By using our website or enrolling in our services, you agree to the following Cancellation Policy:


1. General Policy

At Noble Learners, we strive to provide the best possible online tutoring experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your enrollment or booked sessions. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and any applicable refunds.


2. Cancellation of Scheduled Tutoring Sessions

  • Cancellation by the Student:
    • Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
    • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the session fee will be non-refundable.
    • To reschedule a session, please contact us at noblelearners.info@gmail.com. Rescheduling is subject to the tutor’s availability.
  • Cancellation by Noble Learners:
    • If a session is canceled by Noble Learners due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly.
    • In such cases, the session will be rescheduled or refunded at your discretion.

3. Cancellation of Courses or Packages

  • Before the Start of the Course:
    • If you cancel your enrollment in a course or package before it begins, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
  • After the Start of the Course:
    • Refunds for cancellations after the course begins will be pro-rated based on the number of sessions completed, with an additional administrative charge of 10%.
    • If you have availed of any discounted package, the refund will be calculated based on the standard session rates.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a “No-Show.” No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for No-Show sessions.


5. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to noblelearners.info@gmail.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can arise. If you have a genuine reason for cancellation (e.g., medical emergencies, unforeseen events), please contact us with supporting documentation. We may, at our discretion, provide a refund or reschedule the session without additional charges.


7. Technical Issues

If technical issues on our end prevent a session from proceeding as scheduled, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost to you.
If the technical issue arises from the student’s side (e.g., poor internet connection, device issues), the session will be considered completed unless prior notice is given.


8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be addressed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Disputes are subject to the laws of India, and we aim to resolve them amicably.
