At Noble Learners, we aim to deliver quality online tutoring services. However, if you are not satisfied, you can request a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Please note:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment, provided the services have not yet commenced.
- Tutoring sessions already attended by the student are not eligible for refunds. Only services not provided by Noble Learners are considered for refunds.
- Gateway charges, transaction fees, and other processing fees are non-refundable.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered if the following criteria are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
- Services for which the refund is requested have not been started or delivered.
- Refunds will be applicable only for the amount paid for services not rendered by Noble Learners.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Sessions attended by the student.
- Gateway charges, transaction fees, or applicable taxes charged at the time of payment.
- Services already availed or consumed by the student.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments made for our services are based on the chosen plans or packages.
- By purchasing our services, you agree to the fee structure and authorize us to process payments via your selected payment method.
- Payment options include credit/debit cards, EMI facilities, bank transfers, and e-wallets. These are subject to the terms of the respective payment providers.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to noblelearners.info@gmail.com within the specified period.
- We aim to process valid refund requests within 7-10 business days after validation.
- During the refund process, we may contact you to gather feedback or validate the key details of your refund request.
- Refunds for EMI or financed payments may be subject to additional interest or charges as per the terms of the respective bank or financing entity.
4. Deductions from Refunds
Refund amounts may be subject to the following deductions:
- Gateway charges, transaction fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Any discounts, cashback, or rewards availed during the purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Charges for physical products (e.g., laptops, tablets) provided as part of a package will be deducted.
5. Third-Party Payment and Financing Terms
- Payments processed through third-party gateways are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.
- If your course is financed through a loan or third-party financing, refunds will be managed as per the terms agreed upon with the financing entity. Noble Learners is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party financing providers.
6. Changes to Fees and Refund Policy
Noble Learners reserves the right to update or modify its fee structure and refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
